Prior to Sidewalk, Adam started Uber's Visualization team in NYC, where he worked on data visualization tools, platforms, and public installations for Uber Movement, Jump, Cities, Kepler.gl, and Uber Eats. His team of 4 won the 2017 Uber Hackathon for creating a hybrid subway / Uber last mile trips planner.
A Computer Science graduate of NYU, he has called NYC home for over a decade (with stop-overs in Berlin, Montana, and the Middle East along the way). As an undergraduate student, Adam built NYU's bike sharing program, Green Grants and a competition between residence halls to lower their electricity usage. He loves bicycles, motorcycles, urban parks and trains. He is also a proud New Urbanist and a Jane Jacobs / Rem Koolhaas stan.
