Prior to Sidewalk, Emma worked for General Motors, where she was a part of their rotational leadership development program. She worked across multiple functions, including IT, Engineering, and Design, and partnered with the business units to align their organizational needs with the company’s financial objectives. She also worked in the product development space, where she provided critical cost analysis for several vehicle programs, including the next generation Corvette. Emma is passionate about the future of mobility and excited to see how technology will continue to influence the automotive industry.
Emma graduated from Duke University, where she studied Economics and Psychology. She expanded her studies through involvement with several organizations both on and off campus, including a summer working for the Social Entrepreneur Corps in Guatemala. Originally from Dallas, she has spent the past two years living in downtown Detroit and acclimating to Michigan winters. When the weather is nice, Emma enjoys running outside and attending local sports games. She is excited to live in New York and explore her new city.
