Prior to joining Sidewalk, she worked at IBM as an Analog Circuit Designer, working on sensors for high performance modules. In previous internships, she designed an emergency response drone network and developed predictive data analytics for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Louisa studied electrical engineering and computer science at Columbia University, recently earning an M.S in EE. Her academic research focused on low power communication systems, IoT and all things analog. She was a member of the Columbia Sailing team and Greenborough, a green & sustainable co-op through her undergraduate. She grew up in Madrid, Spain and now lives in Chelsea where she spends her free time at art galleries, reading in coffee shops, and running along the Greenway. She’s always up for trivia and any team sports (most recently ice hockey).
