Prior to joining Sidewalk, Pamela was a Senior HR Business Partner at Microsoft leading the people & culture strategy for an engineering organization with a focus on inclusive leadership, team effectiveness, and talent management. While at Microsoft, she also held roles in executive recruiting and global diversity & inclusion. Pamela has previously worked in the nonprofit and government sectors. She started her career at the Brookings Institution, a public policy think tank.
Pamela holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and a B.S. from Vanderbilt University. She relocated to NYC for this role and is excited to explore the city as a first-time resident.
